Disclosures

Last updated: April 19, 2026

Summary: Kinzie is a paper-trading research system. No real capital is deployed. All described activity is simulation. Nothing here is investment advice or a solicitation.

Paper-mode operation

All trading activity described on this site and in published source code operates exclusively in paper simulation mode. No real capital is deployed against any live market. All described fills, P&L figures, and position outcomes are simulated results using historical or real-time market data, not actual trades executed with real money.

No solicitation

Kinzie does not solicit, accept, or manage outside capital. Nothing on this site or in any published document should be construed as an offer to invest, a solicitation of funds, or a pitch for any investment product.

Simulated performance

Any performance figures, Sharpe ratios, win rates, or other quantitative metrics referenced in published research or on this site reflect paper-mode simulation, not live trading results. Simulated performance has known limitations: it does not account for real-world execution risk, market impact, liquidity constraints, counterparty risk, or the psychological factors that affect live trading. Simulated results are not indicative of live or future performance.

Regulatory status

Kinzie is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or any state securities regulator as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, commodity pool operator, or in any other capacity. Access to this site does not create any advisory or regulatory relationship.

Kalshi disclosure

The markets described (Kalshi binary outcome contracts) are regulated prediction market contracts. Kinzie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kalshi. Participation in Kalshi markets is subject to Kalshi's own terms of service and applicable regulations. Users interested in Kalshi markets should consult Kalshi's platform directly for eligibility, rules, and regulatory disclosures.

Research purposes

All published strategy documents, derivations, and source code are provided for academic and research purposes. They represent a working hypothesis about market structure, not a proven investment strategy. The mathematical models described carry model risk — they may be incorrect, miscalibrated, or inapplicable in future market regimes.
